Pole 1 Intensive Series

Our Pole 1 Intensive Series is an 8-class series designed for students who want a quick overview of the entire Pole 1 curriculum, want to review what they need to know for the Pole 1 level assessment or need accountability that they have a scheduled Pole 1 class.

This series workshop is designed to progress each week through the pole-level curriculum and build on what we’ve learned the week before. If time allows, we’ll combine what we have learned, create creative movement and flow, and combine it into a choreographed dance.

Each class is 60 minutes long. You will have your own pole and be with the same classmates for all eight classes, maximizing your classroom experience!

No prior experience is required, and students may choose to repeat this intensive. This is designed to be an intensive workshop series and is not included in Group Class passes or Memberships.

Hips and Splits Series

Get in your Body! Come join us for our Hips and Splits flexibility series with your neighborhood-friendly “body talk tour guide,” Korey!

This series is an excellent place to work on flexibility, focusing on warmups, form, and safe progressions.

While "mind" knowledge of safety and technique is required for injury prevention and progression, applying these concepts while gradually attenuating the nervous system somatically helps reduce the physical and emotional "discomfort" that some people experience during hip and split exercises.

We'll use these and other techniques from several modalities (active strength, yoga, Pilates, etc.) to enhance your split and pancake technique and flexibility while also assisting in developing a stronger mind/body dialogue.

Expect to work physically, mentally, and sometimes, emotionally. Come hydrated and ready to join your fellow splits journeyers!
