Wait List Policy
Due to the popularity of our unique services, you must make a reservation and payment in advance for any of our classes or services.
When Group Classes, Workshops, or Series Classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. When another student cancels their spot in the class, you will receive notification letting you know that you have been bumped into the class and are no longer on the wait list. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same payment and cancellation policy as any other service you sign up for. If the class is full and a spot does not open up, you will not be considered enrolled in the class and will not be charged a late fee if you don’t attend.
When signing up for the wait list, please expect to attend the class and check the schedule frequently leading up to the 2 hours before the class. If you are not sure you will be able to make it with a short notice, please remove yourself from the wait list before the system has a chance to enroll you into the class and to avoid being charged for a late cancel or no show.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a Group Class, you will not be permitted into the classroom but can reschedule. The beginning of each class consists of a warm up that is essential to your performance and safety during class, so we are very strict about enforcing this policy.
Please respect both our instructors and the other students by arriving to the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to allow yourself time to check in, change, and be ready to start.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations for Group Classes if canceled more than 24 hours prior to the start of class. When the 24 hour window for cancellation has closed, the "Early Cancel" option in MindBody will disappear and you will have to "Late Cancel."
If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours before the class, you will lose the class off of your account and a $10 "Late Cancel" fee will apply for in person classes. Late cancel fees for virtual classes is $5. Cancellations can be done on MindBody, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or with a call or text to 512-477-7653.
Late cancellation and the $10 fee also apply even when a student is taking multiple classes but then decides not to attend additional classes they were already signed up for.
If you do not show up to class, and you do not contact us prior to class, you will lose the class off of your account and a $15 "No Show" fee will apply to in person classes. No show fees for virtual classes is $5.
Personal Training and Studio Rentals
Personal Training sessions and Studio Rentals that are canceled at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the appointment. There are no refunds on late cancels.
Private Parties that are cancelled at least 7 days in advance may be rescheduled up to 90 days from the original date of the party. Failure to cancel your party 7 days in advance will forfeit your opportunity to make up your party, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Workshops and Series Classes
We do not offer rescheduling for any Workshops or Series Classes. We do NOT offer make-ups for missed Series classes. If you need to miss one of your Series Classes, we recommend that you schedule a personal training session with your instructor to make up the missed material. If you miss your entire Series, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
