Be ready for any competition or event! @ Brass Ovaries https://t.co/7eFYo3ehPT
Due to the popularity of our unique services, you must make a reservation and payment in advance for any of our classes or services. We also offer a wait list option.
Wait List Policy:
When classes, workshops, or series classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. Frequently, people will sign out early from classes, making room for those on the wait list. When a student cancels their space in a class, workshop, or series class, you will receive an automatic email and/or phone call, letting you know that you have been bumped into the class and are no longer on the wait list. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same payment and cancellation policy as any other service you sign up for.
When signing up for the wait list, please expect to attend the class, workshop, or series class and be ready to come to the studio. If you are not sure you will be able to make it with a short notice, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid be charged for the class, workshop, or series class in case you are added in. If you are added into class you will be held to the same payment and cancellation policy as any other service that you sign up for.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow sufficient time to check in and address any concerns with reception. If you are counted as a “no show” and/or fail to cancel within 12 hours of your group class, you will be charged a $10 absentee fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the protection of our clients and staff.
We believe warm-ups are very important! If you are late to a pole or aerial class, you will not be permitted after the first 5 minutes, and therefore must reschedule.

If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave and charged for the full amount of the class/party, no refunds.
Deposits for private parties are non-refundable, there is no cash or credit card refund. Private parties may be made up within 90 days if canceled 7 days in advance of the party start time. Failure to cancel your party 7 days in advance, will forfeit your opportunity to make up your party.
We do NOT offer make-ups for missed Series classes. If you need to miss one of your Series classes, we recommend that you schedule a private lesson with your instructor to make up the missed material.

We are very strict about enforcing this policy.
We allow cancellations for group classes if canceled 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you late cancel or do not show up, you will lose the class off of your account and a $10 fee will apply.
